- The Old Casita

- The Old Casita as it's name
suggests, is an original, small Spanish house, which has been
restored and refurbished.
- It is a detached property within
our grounds in the heart of rural Spain, bu only 1.5 km from
the village of Alborache.

- The casita is totally self
contained and overlooks our 20ft x 30ft swimming pool, which
is naturally available for your enjoyment in the summer.
- The property enjoys uninterrupted,
panoramic views including our own orange and olive groves.

- The accommodation in the casita
comprises spacious open plan lounge complete with colour TV,
video and double sofa bed.
- There is a fully equipped kitchen
with full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and extendable table
and four chairs.

- The large bedroom is furnished
with two single beds, spacious walk in wardrobe and an en-suite
shower room complete with large shower facility, toilet and wash-hand
basin.

- For your al-fresco dining there
is ample seating area complete with table and four chairs, overlooking
the swimming pool.

- Our "paellero" (
utility room ) is also at your disposal, providing automatic
washing machine, iron and ironing board also barbecue facilities
and there is ample car parking adjacent to the casita.

- Local Area

- Alborache is a typical Spanish
village with bars, restaurants and shops in the old quater and
a modern well stocked supermarket on the outskirts.

- On Sundays the village comes
to life with it's regular Sunday market, where you can buy anything
from plums to plimsolls.

- Larger towns such as Chiva,
Turis and Bunol, where they have one of the most famous fiestas
in Spain "The Tomatina" which is held in August, all
are just a short drive away.

- The nearest coast is about
30 minutes drive and of course the wonderful city of Valencia
with its international airport, also approximately 30 minutes
drive.

- British Airways run daily,
scheduled flights between Gatwick and Valencia airports, also
we now have an excellent service from Coventry Airport to Valencia
with Thomson-Fly.com at very competitive prices.

- Car hire can be booked for
collection from the airport at very reasonable rates.

in the surrounding rural area of Valencia, where the house prices
are still very attractive,this would be an ideal base or maybe
you are just looking for an Oasis to "chill" and get

- The linen and towels are all
included in the price.
- The rates are per week for
the property (not per person) and we will do our utmost to fit
in with your flight times.

- Prices per week:
- Low Season : Nov -Feb 190 pounds
per week or €285.
Mid Season : Oct,Mar,Apr and May 240 pounds per week or €360.
High Season : Jun - Sept & Xmas, New Year & Spring Bank
Holiday 310 pounds or €465 per week.

- A deposit of £50.00 is
required to secure a reservation and the balance payable 6 weeks
before holiday date.
