Malaga is about 30 miles north of Marbella. Casa -
Museo Pablo Ruiz Picasso - The museum is located in Malaga,
the birthplace of the artist, and was declared a Historic-Artistic
Monument of National Interest in 1983. The museum has a permanent
collection made up of Pablo Picasso originals, as well as has
temporary exhibitions. Malaga is the major coastal city of Andalucia.
The park on Calle Alameda holds regular open air concerts. Malaga's
main theatre is the Teatro Cervantes. Malaga has many excellent
bars and restaurants, many inexpensive, especially the tapas
bars. Malaga is is well known for its fish dishes - small sardines
and red mullet. Visit the the magnificent cathedral. Malaga airport
sees large numbers of tourist on charter flights from Northern
