La Linea de la Concepcion is adjacent to Gibraltar.
La Linea de la Concepcion is situated at the tip of southern
Spain on the shore of the Bay of Algeciras and is the linking
point between Spain and Gibraltar. It is in LaLinea that you
will pass through customs to enter Gibraltar. LaLinea has a long
seafront, comprising of two beaches, Playa de Santa Barbara and
Playa de Levante, and is one of the last places along the Mediterranean
coast. There is also a smaller beach as you approach Gibraltar.
La Linea is one of the sunniest towns in Spain with almost 3,000
hours of sunshine per year. La Linea de la Concepcion has a wide
variaty of bars and restaurants for drinks, tapas, full lunch
or dinner at any time of the year or day. La Linea has a compact
shopping area and a large outdoor market on Wednesdays. LaLinea
has the remains of an extensive bunker system used in the World
